Wrong IMDB ID when uploading with Subdownloader

Tue Aug 21, 2007 8:18 pm

The following thing happened many times: when I upload a subtitle with Subdownloader, I select a certain movie (with a certain IMDB ID). After upload, on the site, another movie is associated with the subtitle and I have to correct the IMDB ID on the site.

Last time this happened is when I uploaded a subtitle for CSI Miami. After upload, the subtitle was associated with the It Happened One Night (1934) movie.

Can someone fix this bug please?

Thank you.

yes, this is known bug for a while. it is caused because IMDB changed search page and Subdownloader uses old IMDBPY module. Also, if you can, click on LOG in SubDownloader, and see, if really bad IMDB is sent and let me know
