hooking-up the downloaded sub-title to my movie

sir... this question might be asked for the nth time but i can't found any helpful answer. i have a korean movie (the host)in .avi file & i'd downloaded from this site the corresponding english sub-title in .srt file (both on 2 CD's). i'd already synchronized the filename of both movie & sub-title but still.. sub-title does not come out when i watched the film... this is my first time of hooking-up sub-title on a movie. tnx & may i hear from anyone soon! :oops:

How are you watching the film? on the computer? or are you watching CD's on a standalone dvd player?

Try using VLC (videolan) or (MPC) Mediaplayerclassic for watching on your computer.
