Problems with Subdownloader!

Sorry for my bad english :)
My problem is: I cant upload the subtitle to the film. I can find the subtitle and the film, that you have to do in point 1. Then I proceed to point 3, and check if the subtitles is in the database, and it is. Then the problem appeares, I cant go further to the next point! What can I do?
