Onde está o FPS das legendas pra baixar?
Pessoal!! Não consigo encontrar nos detalhes das legendas, qual é o seu fps. Será que é só eu?

Será que vc não conhece o SubDownloader?
Na site do OpenSubtitles.org, cada subtítulo e associado com o HASH ID de um filme.
Isto é feito através de um programma chamado Subdownloader (upar/baxar).

Os "Frames per Seconds" é apenas uma dica. O Subdownloader define os subtitulos correctos, e, por isso, é mutio mais útil.
Os caras da OpenSubtitle.org já estão pensando em criar um DirectShow filter, que usaría automaticamente a base de dados de Opensubtitle.org.
Quem se ainda interessaría pela FPS?

Mas - se realmente quer saber o FPS (para velhos subs), tem um truquezinho embaixo. (copiado deste formum: ENGLISH CATEGORY/DEVELOPMENT/FPS)

Ou seja, com a ajuda de subdownloader vc pode verificar a FPS (simplesmente upar o subtitulo, mesmo se este ja existe, não importa..)

FPS basicamente so existem dois. 23.976 (ntsc) e 25 (pal).
A caracteristica de uma legenda com FPS errado é apos sincronizar alguma fala, a legenda gradualmente ir perdendo sincronia (adiantando ou atrasando).
Nesse caso é so usar o subtitle workshop e converter de 23.976 para 25 e de 25 para 23.976. E ver qual funciona.
