Subtitle upload returning MySQL error

I was trying to upload today a movie subtitle that wasn't present and I found a weird response back.

If I keep trying I keep getting higher SubtitleIDs but the subtitle never seems to be created in the database. In the query itself seems the timecodes don't have a closing singlequote but I wouldn't know if that's the error.

It works now.

Funny thing happened, though. After upload I got this returned:

The subtitle is the right one, but the language and the IMDB are wrong. I'll correct them, but it's weird.

thats really really weird. Maybe db was a little corrupted...I hope now it is working ok

Subtitle uploads have now been regularly OK for some time. I've uploaded a few hundred subs in the last weeks without major issues.

Incorrect IMDBs have regularly been because the moviehash was already incorrectly identified.
