Subtitles for iPad

Can you help me to know how subtitles work in iPad???

I purchased the Subtitles app, but I don't know how tu run it???

When I press play, only can see the subtitles, but not the movie.

I don't know how to apply the subtitles to the movie or visceversa!!!

The app is to see subtitles, not to see movies with subtitles. The idea is that you take it to the movies with you and you read the subtitles there.

I am able to put forced subtitels on the movie on my iPad but two things I didn't like, tjat the hard subtitles do not have the option of turning it on and off and the subtitles and the fonts too big.

"Forced" subtitles kind of means you can't turn them off.
