subs language

i have downloaded subs for "orphan",twice, and a foreign language is displayed on dvd instead of english:? am i doing something wrong ?
What exactly do you mean?
The subs, you have downloaded, are not in the right language?
or
They are the right ones and you can't integrate these subs in a DVD-Structure?
or
The subs are right, you had packed these subs on a DVD, but you can't select them
or
you can select them, but in the OnScreenMenu they have no name?
