Today I was charged twice for the annual VIP subscription

FYI

2 x $15 was taken from my card for the 2025 subscription.

I completed the form at https://www.opensubtitles.com/en/contact/
and sent an email to [email protected]

I'll update if I receive reply / money back

Update: I received a helpful reply from [email protected]

In Paypal, I clicked on "Manage Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring payments": there it shows that Paypal wrongly listed two payments for today's date.

When selecting All Payment Activity, it just shows one (completed).
Glad it turns out ok, but I would prefer a payment history in my opensubtitles account as well.

hi, I believe opensubtitles.com will have this ability, for now it is more easy for us manage this stuff via support. Glad it is solved (like everything, we really take care of our "donators")
