A couple of weeks ago, we bought the VIP OS membership. We wrote to FlixTools asking how to get started. Now, though we successfully logged into the OS forum using an older login we created some time ago, we cannot log into the OS site, and we have no idea how to get started with FlixTools. We have written three times to the support email address, but we have never received a response. Our Order ID is FLI240112-9025-42190. Someone, please respond.
Also, for someone who is visually impaired, your captcha is WAY too difficult. I have attempted it more than a dozen times today and given up 9 of those times. Tone it down, please. (Yes, you CAN control the difficulty level.)
