Still NO subtitles

I am logged in, I have paid my money, I have activated the link but I still have NO subtitles. It was all great when it was free but now they want money is not! Help please.

I have the same problem.
On 1st January I suddenly was unable to get subtitles and told to join VIP.
I have done this bot now get an error message
"Error while signing-in (401)

Same problem. Im a VIP and still no subtitles in KODI

thanks for support. If you are VIP and you configure addon it is working. But please make these steps:

1) login into www.opensubtitles.org so you verify your credentials are ok
2) in kodi, opensubtitles.org addons configuration insert your username and password from step 1)
3) enjoy subtitles

often happens, users doesnt type correct password, so triple check your password are same.
