VIP member status disabled?

I had signed up on November 13th for VIP status (order FLI231113-3597-81235).

There had been a problem with the billing where I didn't receive the discounted rate which was corrected, but I see that on November 15th my VIP status was revoked by OS - my login ID is bduffy. My profile page shows "VIP Member was disabled by os - Wed 15 Nov 11:31:50 2023 . Comment: VIP Member was added by system (VIP donation)"

Not sure why this has occurred?
