VLSub Stopped Working

Hello. I'm using the latest version of VLC (3.0.19), and VLSub has stopped working. Tested VLSub on VLC 3.0.18 and it's also not working.
Anyone else having this problem?

Starting today i have too this eror on smplayer
Error transferring
http://dl.opensubtitles.org/en/download ... 2912283.gz - server replied: Forbidden.
Maby it s a side server fault ?

The VLC download from Opensubtitles.org opens well but the download is empty
