Hi, your system just charged me 17.25$ for vip member subscription , but I never want to renew , plz cancel this subscription and refund me .

sure, it is not a problem, FastSpring is sending mails ahead you will be charged...anyway, refunded, cancelled subscription and VIP. It is enough to contact us on link at footer of any page.
