as I said, that export is a bit delayed, you can not expect, if the air show is on october 12, and today is october 12...so maybe they will be there tommorow.

Hi,

Use this "tt27802500" in the IMDb field and see if that works.

Sometimes, lately, certain extra characters in the IMDb URL or the subtitle name being long gives that error that you described.

Works fine when I just uploaded a test subtitle with a regular user status. I used 27802500 for IMDB. Reference: Uploaded from episode upload.
Will delete test entry, give it another try.

Hi!

I think I have the same problem with this show: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt22264252/e ... t_eps_sn_1
The complete episode list is on IMDB and each episode has its id.

Several people have already uploaded here subtitles for each individual episode, as I can see in a search: https://www.opensubtitles.org/bg/search ... me-onmyoji

And yet, when I open the show's own page, I only see episode 1, plus a lot of random subtitles that are not the ones I found through the search: https://www.opensubtitles.org/bg/ssearc ... ie-1441321

I'd appreciate it very much if someone could take a look before I upload my subtitles for the show!

Thanks for your inquiry. Please note that there is a time lag on episodes appearing on OS structure when episodes are not initially structured in IMDB. These current subtitles for Onmyoji episodes that you do see individually, but not included within the S1 structure tree, were submitted prior to any episodes 2-13 ID being available on IMDB.

When users proceed to submit without current IMDB data available, this will occur.

In this particular case, it fell upon someone at OS to do the legwork and research, generate requests for IMDB to create these entries, and then monitor follow up. Paperwork for these episodes were submitted after the fact on 11/28, then subsequent waiting for IMDB to update, then for our system to update.

Go ahead and upload your subtitles, this particular title is already being monitored. Please be patient.
