The Simpsons seasons 27-31 and 35 all have some missing episode names. Season 28 is missing an episode and out of order.

Sorry for not update posting sooner. Went through previously and did a quick cleanup to realign and free up non-visible episodes. Still needs a bit of work due to the sheer volume of this series episodes ID across multiple languages, such as aligning Japanese episodes, and those legacy and unspecified user submissions.

Started with s3 (per multi-upload) and after some time it showed up the link on top but somehow there were still gaps and so I checked my ups for things to be corrected.

Alas, what I saw didn't make much sense as the IMDB IDs were correct, just OS showed different episode numbers:

Sorry for plastering the forum with all my findings but I thought perhaps someone else can see a pattern I didn't.

What does the good Subber do? Right, he tries to correct it himself. Unfortunately, already the first one was a bummer: My e17 is tt0832777 at IMDB and also at OS, nothing I can do...

To complete the confusion For example e10 however has the wrong IMDB: Is here 707310, should be tt0707298.

Just now I thought: OK, I up them manually but even that failed:

s4e18 (originally and correct) turned into s4e21 at OS, even though s4 ends with e20. Wanted to correct it into the correct IMDB but the ID tt0907541 is correct.

Before I go bananas could someone look into this?

make sure your filenames matches where do you want to parse them according imdb. So S04E18 going to S04E18 to IMDB. When you correct this/confirm, I can put those subs to main root TV series and use Parse function, should work. Also check description/release - coz wrong data (from filename) will stay there.

The filenames are okay, I checked them before upping. I even peeked into every single one (both first and second part as spongebob is mostly double featured) to make sure the numbers/subs are correct.

Still, that does not really explain how OS comes up with s4e21 when IMDB list sonly 20 episodes for s4.

OS correctly lists my s4e18 as tt907541 (when I try to correct it) but then shows it as s4e21 (unlike IMDB s4e18).

Is it possible that IMDB at some time in the past had more episodes listed and OS sticks with that for some reason?

Edit: Dang! Was nosy and tried another, s5e2, correct IMDB tt1033384 but shows here eventually as s5e7 (even though I upped it as s5e2). I better wait with the rest...

Try it now. "IMDb Update" needed to be done, but that didn't work on the whole series page, it needed doing manually for each episode. Your uploads should now be okay. I know mrtinkles is in collaboration with oss about this issue on other affected series pages, so hopefully they can debug it and fix it properly across the board.
