402 Subtitles has invalid format, validation failed for CD 1, SPAM

From time to time I get this error, which is really bad explained.
It happens mostly, when I try to upload song subtitles with repetitive refrains e.g. Disney movies.
For what ever reason it allowed me to upload the songs for English:

But not for other 2 languages:

https://justpaste.it/b5h9f
Please change the logic behind in your upload filter to allow such subtitles.
