opensubtitles not available on my formuler z8 pro box

hi all ......new here.
i have a formuler z8 pro box.
my streaming service provider changed my portal recently.
i had to re- register and log in to opensubtitles.org.
after logging in and choosing movies and tv shows i found that the list of opensubtitles i expected to find was gone.......... nothing available.
i contacted my provider who was unable to offer any solution.
i would be grateful if anyone could please help in this matter.
