Hi, can You please restore my access, so that I am able to comment on subtitles, and also upload new ones (only retail) that don't exist here???

You have been explained, asked and warned about uploading duplicates, by a couple of admins, including myself. But you just continued to upload duplicates, that's why your account has been blocked.

Okay, everybody deserves a second chance, so I have enabled your account again.
But please note:
- Also subtitles with only insignifant differences (for example a small difference in timing, a different character set, minor differences in text or formatting, etc.) are considered unwanted duplicates.
- If you violate the site rules again, there will not be a third chance.
- So please check the already existing subtitles before you upload.

Thanks, but I still can't upload anything @ opensubtitles.org....
i only get a 'You can't upload' error when I tried...

I don't know why... You should be able to upload.
But I have blocked and unblocked your account again. Maybe this does the job.
Please try again.
To avoid other things being in the way, log out, clear your browser cookies and history, restart the browser and log in again.

However, my IP is still blocked @ my summer-house (IP address removed by SmalBrother)
Can you unblock it?

For safety and privacy reasons I have removed your IP address.
To solve the problem, first try this:
- If you are using a VPN or proxy, change server.
- If you are using your ISP's IP address and it's a dynamic IP address, try rebooting your modem (leave it off-power for a few minutes).
Otherwise:
- If it is a static IP of your ISP, write a PM to Oss (
ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=2 ) and ask him to unblock it and refer to this topic.
