Is opensubtitles.com not working right now, please?

Hi, I just purchased a VIP membership to opensubtitles.com.
I found a problem. I can't download subtitles at opensubtitles.com.
For example, when I go to the download page for 'The Simpsons', it doesn't show any downloadable subtitles, but at opensubtitles.org, it does.
Is opensubtitles.com still not working properly, please? When will opensubtitles.com be working properly? Thanks!
