OpenSubtitles forum

Hi, so i just got VIP a couple of hours ago, and i can't download full season subs gives me the error:
"You are trying download more than 50 subtitles, but you don't have permission. Become VIP member (subtitles: 117)"

So what's going on? On my profile, it clearly states that it's a VIP account, should I just wait a bit more?

It's working now just had to wait longer.

For those in the future with similar issues, please open a support-ticket using the "contact us" form from the main site.
The public forum shouldn't be a place regarding payment or paid services for security purposes.
