I’m experiencing an annoying problem uploading most recent subs from Crunchyroll (and fan subs also)

They (CR) started using some ASS effects (for non dialogue parts, like text and signs) that the site recognize as spam.

To fix this, at this time, It’s needed to delete the line (one or more) ‘cause they require to repeat the same word just changing the position tag to correctly overlap the original kanji text.
There is a way to change this?

I know about the debate on “translating or not non dialogue parts” but I think this make a big difference on all anime movies or series to be understood by everyone


An example is about Estab Life: Great Escape S01
In many languages (I don’t remember which) the original version on CR have some signs and on screen kanji translations that I needed to remove to upload the subtitle (the dialogues are the same)

If I understand well, the problem is a lot of repetitions of the exact same text. It makes sense this is triggering the spam-filter.

The 'solution', although not perfect, would be to forget about the exact positioning and just subtitle the text on the default spot: center bottom. Then you don't need all those repetitions.

Besides, I wonder if the exact positioning as meant is working well enough on all devices/screens. And in general I think positioning is not good practice anyway, because the 'searching' for the subs by the eyes is doing more bad than good. But that's my personal opinion.

Sorry, I messed the notification from forum. Actually now I’m sick so I can only maintain my simulcasted series updated but I’ll provide more infos soon.
The Karaoke is definitely incompatible with che spam filter but it’s not a big problem, sometimes the signs made for the BD release are the problem
