[SORRY] Support tickets reply didn't arrived

Hi all,

today we find out, that we did not receive your replies to support messages. The story is like this:
- user send some message using our contact center or to email address: support [at] opensubtitles [dot] org
- we replied to him, he received our message
- user reply to our message
- BUT WE DIDN'T GET HIS REPLY (it was marked for spam for some reasons because osdb.link was included in some spam filters, definitely in ours)

so user replies ends up in SPAM and we didnt see it in support tickets. Anyway, we are trying to recover those messages, just in case you didnt receive reply from us, send again
