Zero file size of srt file

Hi All,
My first time to site, I reg and installed extention (Brave browser)
I download subtile file (srt)
but when downloaded its empty with zero file size

I have the same problem , lately half of the Subs i download all have a 0kb filesize .
I have tried Chrome, Firefox and even Edge.
All subtitles were Dutch
Latest files i had issues with:
The.Equalizer.2021.S02E02.The.Kingdom.1080p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-NTb
The.Equalizer.2021.S02E01.Aftermath.1080p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-NTb
Stargirl.S02E09.Summer.School.Chapter.Nine.1080p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-NTb
SEAL.Team.S05E02.Trust.But.Verify.Part.2.1080p.AMZN.WEBRip.DDP5.1.x264-NTb
Legacies.S04E02.There's No I in Team, or Whatever.1080p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-FLUX
There have been others but i didn't save those filenames.
About 70% of the .srt files i try work tho but I have never had this issue before.

Hi,
Where are you clicking to download?
For now click on the subtitle file itself to download it, so for example: SEAL.Team.S05E02.Trust.But.Verify.Part.2.1080p.AMZN.WEBRip.DDP5.1.x264-NTb.srt
And advise if still an issue.
If so, provide the URL to the page, not release-names.

Clicking on the filename itself seems to work for me now

I've noticed this too, not on the website but using the REST API
example: subtitle_id 6109582, file_id 7054999

So, some files were empty because of a previous bug, and empty results kept in cache, and others were faulty and not detected as such, so they came up in search results instead of being disabled.
Took a few days for background processes to loop through all the subtitle files, but we should be good now hopefully..
