FPS in upload URLs?

For uploading, I use URLs such as
this. MovieFPS-2x.xxx doesn't work in them. It does work for
searching.
If not using FPS in upload URLs, I'd prefer 23.976 as default. Otherwise you need to choose every time.

Selecting default one is not an option - most people would not change it so we would end up with a lot 23.976, for parameter in URL - this would be possible, but why not to use API for uploading which is made for this ?
