Hello!

I'm not able to register in opensubtitles.com.

When I try to registry, I do not receive a confirmation email. Trying to request resend, recover password or migrate opensubtitles.org account gives me this:

Code: Select all

Error 503 Backend fetch failed
Backend fetch failed
Guru Meditation:
XID: 499704973

So, what should I do?

Hi,

Thanks for your message, there was a bug with our mailer... it's fixed now. you should be able to register, import, or ask for the confirmation instruction.

please try again and let me know !
