Hello,
I sent an email to
[email protected] with a UA request on 29th, January but I haven't received yet a reply.
No reply to User Agent registration request - default agent doesn't work.

The default user agent seems to not work please see the attached picture.

your email ends up in spam for some reason, we will register your UA.
in meantime, you can use working temporary UA

It doesn't work at all, as the screenshot illustrates.
Still get the error:
HTTP user agent is not valid.
Are there some restrictions on particular regions or IP?

anyway your UA was registered now, try with that one also. We are not using any GEO or IP limitations in this case.
