How to remove IP restrictions MX Player

Hi Everyone! Please I just joined this forum..been trying to download a subtitle using MX player but it keeps showing that I should login to opensubtile.org to remove my IP restrictions.,pls I have been trying to do dat without success...How exactly do I remove the restrictions Pls????

Hi, if you're using a VPN with a shared IP and the said IP has downloaded 200+ subtitles, that restriction can't be removed. 200 subtitles is a cap of the amount of subtitles one can download per IP. The only way to remove that restriction is to log-in. I have no idea how to log in with MX player. Mx player doesn't belong to opensubtitles. If you are not using a VPN and haven't downloaded 200 subtitles, then please send your IP address through private message to oss so we can check it.

you are using abusive IP address. Please insert your opensubtitles.org username and password into mx player, subtitle preferences.

Hi,
it seems you got some problem with MX Player and subtitles. The best how you can fix the issue is do following:
1) make sure you can login on
www.opensubtitles.org - so you know your username and password
2) open MX Player on your Android device, go to menu:
Subtitle -> Online Subtitles -> Search and tap on "opensubtitles.org"
3) fill your opensubtitles.org username and password and tap OK
Now you should be able to download subtitles from MX Player

I've been trying to download subtitles through my MX player but what I keep seeing is "enter opensubtitles.org login information window to remove IP restrictions" please how do I go about that?
