yes, use different location and make sure you are logged-in, otherwise it will not work. If nothing helps, send me your IP (via PM)

Im having this same issue, i click the download button (on the .org website) but the page refresh itself and nothing is downloaded.
Can i have some help with this please?

Have you tried downloading by clicking on the filename?

maybe just helps, when you put your browser into incognito/private mode or use another browser. I believe some scripts needed for site are blocking from your browser, thats why it is not working.

Using another browser (firefox) did the trick! Thanks for the help!

I tried to click in the "click here if the download does not start" link, but that did not make the subtitles being downloaded.

Try this :
Right click on top of the download button.
Then choose the option : open connection in new private window.

I have an error message - 1957829139 subtitle file doesnt exists, you can contact admin GetSubtitleContents()
what prevents me from download a subtitle.

The problem is not on your side but on the website.
The Supreme Admin is working on a fix.
Just be patient and it will be okay.
