If a TV series is not found on IMDB...

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum as I'd like to upload dozens of Looney Tunes subtitles...
But I can't find this series on IMDB (see https://www.thetvdb.com/series/looney-tunes/seasons/all), there are a lot of similar ones, but not this one beginning in 1929
I think i could upload each subtitle for each corresponding cartoon (ex. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0037457/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1)
but it would be quicker if it was in a season (if I understood well), no ?

So, did I miss the TV Series on IMDB or not ?

regards

WELCOME.
I also cant find this. i found bugs bunny show (1960-1975), but i guess you've seen that one.

somthing that already done before:
you can upload a bunch of subtitles (as one, "multiple CD's),
each filename should include full and correct name as the show as presented at IMDB.
ex for this: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0045000/
the filename should include : Looney Tunes Operation: Rabbit (1952)
and i use my admin skills to split them to their corresponding show's.

how many files do you have and which languages?

I think it wont split to their corresponding show's, this only works with the series.
It is listed in imdb as short and not as series / season.
He will have to use the individual imdb for each short.

oh the list is great! but like you said it isnt part of a series.

i have in my mind "auto-detect" and not "parse".
1.user upload with no id or temporary one.
and I
2. split.
3. use auto detect with hope it will detect most of them.
the real question: is filename is enough or hash / release name is mendatory for this to work?
