Two questions

1) Is there a way I can see how many downloads I have done in a day? I know I have 1000 available, but I suspect my backlog might be making me hit up against that a bit.
2) If that is the case, is there a way for me to get more than 1000? It would only be temporary so I can clear up the backlog., and I would not abuse the API/hits min.
