Bug in OSdownloader

Hello everyone, I have found a bug in OSdownloader.
Because of this bug OSdownloader cannot start.
Visual studio gives this error code:
Exception thrown at 0x0040AD1F in OSDownloader.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000002. occurred
