The software present at launchpad doesn't work anymore. It gives not able to download error. Lemme try to compile and see if it works

How to make it work with new python version?
PyQt4 isn't available now

I tried compiling. I faced many typos error and others but at last was able to compile a package but as PyQt4 isn't available anywhere now so I can't run it. Please help.
