Breton for OpensubtitlesPlayer and Downloader

Hy guys, 
I've finished to translate Opensubs player and Downloader into Breton, and everithing has been checked and even corrected.
But it's impossible for me to send the .INI files on this forom.
Where should I put them or send them?
