Hi, I have a movie and have the script but I don't have the timing. Is there anyway I can get it automatically? With a software maybe??

You could use another subtitle's timings if another subtitle exists (like in Indonesian, English, or w/e). If it's not on OpenSubtitles, sometimes it's present elsewhere on the net.

But as far I know, there's no "automatic tool" to know timings, although it might be possible by analysing programmatically the audio waves

there are couple of tools already out for auto analyzing timings (exactly - extract audio waves, detect dialogue and then smart matching subtitles).
For example our new tool on www.flixtools.com got this feature (shift subtitles, not change fps), but it is still not released
