Me too. I just uploaded subs (with v2.7.0) - no problem.
Looks like the problem is solved.
Nowadays a VPN is a must for everyone. A VPN allows you safe surfing and protects you against spying governments and companies.
I advise AirVPN - from € 2,75 per month. Click the below banner for more info.

Hello, uploader works again. An additional observation is that VLC plugin to download also gets full subs again. Happy 2024, Y'all.

Thanks a lot oss for the changes, as it seems to do the trick for me :D
I was also unable to upload any subtitles.
I now succeeded in uploading 11 subtitles with "OpenSubtitles-Uploader", without any issue at all !

Both oss and vankasteelj a lot of thanks for your support on the issue !

Hey guys, i really think that an addition of a 'Thank you' (or '+1') button in the forum will be appreciated and be great use.

So I just wanted to tell you Thank you for resolving this.
Your continuous support for keeping up this MASSIVE database is not easy.

Thank you for fixing the OS Uploader, it works great again.

Sadly I've stumbled upon an error "Something wnet wrong :-(". I'm trying to upload The Flash (2014) S06E02 dutch subtitle. IMDB title ID is tt10080416, and the Uploader doesn't want to load the specific metadata from IMDB. Don't take my word, but my best guess is the first '1' in '10080416' as the string in the programcode might not be wide enough because of the longer IMDB-string...? Most other IMDB-title ID's are lower than 10000000. When I click the yellow triangle it opens my webbrowser to "https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080416/" and it shows the missing '1' in the IMDB ID.

I hope this can be resolved, much thanks in advance!

I was uploading the retail dutch subtitles for all seasons of "The Flash", but now I can't continue to finish it...
(see my previous reply)

If anyone has a solution or recommendation, please let me know.

This is what I encounter everytime I upload a subtitle. I just upload it. If there's something wrong, I'll fix it afterwards.
Rarely something goes perfect. It always keeps waiting for IMDB info. Yep, v2.8.0.

Your argument seems plausible :)
