Fail to download subtitle file in some cases

After successfully identifying some subtitles the SubDownloadLink that is provided does not work.

Bad result instance:

http://dl.opensubtitles.org/en/download ... 3308400.gz

if opened in a web-browser, it does not start download the file but shows

[CRITICAL ERROR] Unable to change encoding from UTF-8 to !

And if trying to download it programmatically then get:

WebException: The remote server returned an error: (501) Not Implemented

And here is a good result with no problems:
