Registration confirmation email problem

I'm trying to register a new account, but did not receive the confirmation email. Checked Spam and even waited to see if it would come. Username I was trying to use is kjb1686.

same problem for me try clicking on email and it tells me account activated but when i try to log in im getting

Your account is not confirmed yet, please check your mailbox (including spam folder) for confirmation email. If you didn't receive it, you can request it again.

it seems you got troubles with login. Please follow this procedure:

There are 2 separate systems and probably you want to register and login on www.opensubtitles.org - forum.opensubtitles.org is using DIFFERENT username and password.

To register on www.opensubtitles.org:
1) visit www.opensubtitles.org/newuser
2) if you are going from mobile device, click cancel on the first message if there is any
3) fill up the form and click Register
4) wait for email, click the confirmation link of registration
5) try to login with username and password you provided on www.opensubtitles.org

Your account needs to be activated first. You should have received an email, in which you need to confirm your registration. Only after that your account is active. Maybe try again to have that confirmation email sent again and follow the activation link in it.

Have you checked the spam folder?
Have you tried to have the confirmation email resent?
Are you using a more or less 'normal' email address (i.e. no 'disposable' service or so)?

Hello, tried twice, no confirmation email, nothing in spam, tried also the link to re-send that, received "wrong username" in response.
Always used the same email, gmail account, same for this forum, no problem registering here.

Yes, both usernames 'exist' in the system, but are not confirmed.
Just to be clear, in the resend mechanism, you should enter your email address, not your username.
Maybe try again?

Otherwise, I guess you would prefer the username "planctus", without the "1"(?)

Yep, the message was and still is "Wrong e-mail address" when trying to use the resend mechanism.
Anyway, yes, planctus is the one, hope you can fix because i'm in a loop.. :)
