can anyone pls help me how to re-enable to download subtitle from this website... been seeing tis message since yesterday...

I didn't download any subtitle for the pass few weeks but I got the message above ??? Please help !!!

i'm using cable modem with router

i even installed subdownloader2 2.0.5.1 also give me error "unable to download subtitle......"

i think alot of guys are suffering w/o subtitles

I am getting the same message but have waited the 24 hours.

I will admit I have several movies and wanted to get subtitles for all of them so I used Oscar yesterday. Since some movies didn't work with Oscar I did them manually, after a couple of them I got the above message so I waited 24 hours, 25 to be exact but I still get the same message after the wait.

is it all from the same isp...looking at your ip, its pretty much the same (as me)...i'm having this problem and kinda got sick of having to wait just to download a small file...this message comes even when i didn't download subs for days...don't know if i can share this info but i dun care anymore...if you're frustrated of waiting, just use some "online proxy hider" and paste the download link of the sub (right click on the "Download (zip)" and copy the link)...if you need any site recommendations, just pm me...

I don't think you guys are getting your own IP address. If I look at Wikipedia's User:Talk sections for those addresses, I see a ton of derisive comments on a huge variety of articles.

I think you guys are running into what the person from Qatar is having -- you're sharing an IP address behind a cache/proxy with a bunch of your fellow countrymen, who are also downloading from here.

yes, exactly, it is about IP adress, many users are sharing same. Anyway, it should be corrected now, and if you cannot download, just login.

we had database problem, now it should work, log table was corrupted.
