[announce] MySE 2.3.1 with OSDB support released!

Hi all!

Well, finally a working release of My Subtitles Editor (MySE) with nice OSDB support is out. MySE starting from version 2.3 supports it, and some tune-ups and fixes are coming with final 2.3.1 build. The Uploads are not implemented yet, tho. More to coming...

thanks for support, will try later. Also you can add your program to http://trac.opensubtitles.org/projects/opensubtitles

also I dont know in which language it is programmed and licence...so I am not adding it now - fell free to do that.

Looking forward for uploading features :)
