Email is different from the one you wrote.
So, this account exists already long time and I guess it's someone else.
You must choose a different username.

I guess you mean on
www.opensubtitles.org I checked, if your email lmttedy@*******.com is registered on
www.opensubtitles.org - and it is not. Please register again.

At this moment user management says
User is not Enabled | Details of user lmttedy ID: 4583442
I guess something goes wrong with the confirmation email along the way.

I deleted that user, now lmttedy - make registration again.

Never got a confirmation email, checked my spam folder and nothing. (used the same email to make a registration here and worked fine)
