Hello !

I'm a french user, on Chrome and Firefox, and I don't use the software like the message above, some subtitles downloader. I had the captcha test with an image to complete, it's the first time I see it ( I usually come once or twice a month so i'm not an expert ^^)
I tried download subtitles from the Doctor who 1963 's section, and I have some trouble with captcha.
I downloaded at first 28 subs and at the 29th subs . I completed the image, I had the sign green check , the page refreshed and it's another captcha test. I did it five times, and it's always the captcha , I can't have the subtitles.
I registered and it's the same thing.
I'm on Chrome, so I tried on Firefox, and it's worst, I can't even see the captcha ,I have a pop-up wich say : "IncorrectServerSign(1)" .

On Firefox I have Ad-block, but I don't have it on Chrome.

Perhaps there's also a limit to the number of download you can make in 24h I didn't know of ?
If it isn't , the captcha just don't work for me:s
I will try another time this week !

hi,

I installed exactly same Firefox (on Mac), got Adblock with your subscriptions and no Script, still working good. I tried turn it on, off and so on, but still working good.

Can you play with it around ? I will also contact keycaptcha developers.

thx

Hi Oss,

As a reply to earlier: downloading subtitles again works perfect on the Boxee, thanks to you and your team.

Hello again !

I'm sorry I couldn't come before !
I encountered the same problem again, but I think it's definitly because of a number limit ^^

I tried it on a laptop which has a different configuration than the old Pc from my first message : it's a recent laptop with Windows 8,

- First i was on chrome with adblock installed. After 20 zip downloaded, I had the captcha and it is the same as the first time on chrome : the neverending captcha XD.

-I went to Firefox, without adblock installed this time. Surprizingly I could download 25 zip again, before having the neveending captcha again. (but not the invalid error pop up!).

So if it's because of a number limit, it's not really a big deal, we could try another day ^^ It's just that it's not very clear ! XD

But thank you for your hardworking , guys! You're a great ressource :)

i'm downloading subtitles for a series and I get multiple for each episode since sometimes the subtitles don't work with the video. How can I get it to work?

Hi,

I am getting this issue with SubDownloader 2.0.14-1.1, in Linux.

I have downloaded a few subtitles today successfully, but nowhere near 200 (more something like 20).
