Finding if a subtitle is for hearing_impaired in subtitles_all dump

Hi!

I was doing some analysis on the OpenSubtitles dataset and I would love if you guys would be willing to add a hearing_impaired column to the downloads at https://dl.opensubtitles.org/addons/export/ so I could classify captions as SDH or not
