Can't install SW 2.51

I have Win 11 on a new lap, I installed SW 2.51, it worked with some problems, and now suddenly it completely messed up. I've tried reinstalling it, but there's no exe file in the URU folder



I'm wondering if it wasn't the antivirus that hid it, or something went wrong after the installation of IDM, which I did. I don't know what to do.
And one more question, is there a usable version for SW 2.51?

I try installed it on Win 11 and it is working fine.
After completing the installation, show the application icon on the desktop.

Download again : https://sourceforge.net/projects/subworkshop/
Make sure that in "select components to install :
everything is selected :
manual
custom formats
shortcuts etc

For reinstall, give this a try:

Uninstall software and start from scratch.

Go through and set compatibility mode to last known Windows version that software version functioned properly for you.

For Subtitle Workshop, please note that it requires write permissions for access to install properly. Remember to launch install .exe “Run as Administrator.”

I tryed compability with Vista, XP sp3, problem not solved. Interesting, I instaled SW 2.52.RC, and he works, with some bags..

I removed McAffie and RAV End point protection, and SW 2.51 works again.

Now, I have new problem. SW 2.51 haz video, but not sound. Worked fine some time, and sudenly stop. I rebember I Update GOM pleyer, maybe is something with codecs (I have K-Lite codec mega).
