I am a VIP but it is saying I cannot download anything further?

I have been a member for about 2 weeks. Today I downloaded for the first time since I joined and I grabbed the entire english subs for Bonanza (like 16 seasons), which is pretty big. I joined as VIP because I thought there wouldn't be much of a restriction as I have an extensive collection that I need subs for. What are the daily restrictions and why is it that the site doesn't see me as a vip when I download but it does when I look at my profile? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,
As vip you can download - 1000 subtitles/24 hours.

In your profile i see Downloaded subtitles: 1019
If you are downloading season in ZIP they are counted as many downloads.
For example in season 1 :
It has episodes, with 12 subtitles, 9 subtitles, 11 etc

1. A Rose for Lotta 12 - subtitles
2. Death on Sun Mountain 9 - subtiles
3. The Newcomers 9 -subtiles
4. The Paiute War 9 . subtitles
5. Enter Mark Twain 9 - subtitles
etc


So if you are download many season ZIPs you must have reached the daily limit.
So you have to wait until midnight.

Thank you for your reply. Midnight came and went but I still get the same error. I am posting this over 24 hours after I originally downloaded the subs. Please advise

My details:
This is all occurring on opensubtitles.org
I am on the same machine/ip
I am logged in to the site
My internet connection works fine
I tried clearing cookies

It's working again - this 1000 limit is a little bit annoying but I guess those are the rules
