Opensubtitles add-on not working on Kodi

Hello,
I have a problem with the Opensubtitles addon for Kodi? I last successfully downloaded subtitles probably a couple of days ago. The official add on says that username/pass is not correct (I've tripled checked and can log-in through the website fine), it spits out the same user/pass error on all my boxes that run Kodi.

as you know in kodi there are 2 different addons, one for .org and one for .com

I am also having problems downloading subtitles using the opensubtitles.com addon, I entered my correct username and password, I request to download the subtitles, the following error occurs: No subtitles found.
However, when I access the website, I can download the subtitles and download them. I have already checked the version of my addon and it is the latest version available, 1.0.5.

Would you have any idea what it could be?

It could be having to do with socalled 'hashcodes' being present or not. Without any hashcodes connected to the subtitles, somedownloading software may not be able to 'see' the subtitles, while they actually exist, as can be seen manually on the website.

To check if this is actually the case, please state which subtitle you are looking for and in which laguage.

thanks for feedback, can you provide your KODI log ? Also did you tried to run latest KODI with latest addons ?
