For several weeksnow, I keep receiving emails from Flixtools, saying they are unable to process my payment through Paypal. The problem is that I DID pay through Paypal, and emailed a copy of the paid receipt to Flixtools Support. Today I received a email from Flixtools, saying they have cancelled my account, yet I am still active, and my account page says I am current since 9 Dec 2024. I have another problem in that I am not able to download subtitles from my tv. I have to manually download from the website. I never received a reply from Flixtools Support regarding the payment issue.
Any help here?? Pete Ward
