SD does not find subs??????

SD does not find subs for all my dvd backups rips collection.
if the .avi file is not been created by me is ok,but when i use the DVD TO .avi encoded by me SD seems to dont find the subs,and yes the subs are on the site.
is it to do with tags????
need help please.

If all the AVI files have been created by you it's highly likely that you won't find any subtitles for them as the video hash will be different from any of the scene release video files that are usually matched to subtitle files here.

the only way to deal with this is to search using IMDb ID and then upload subtitles matching your video files back to OS.
