I am VIP member, but still limited to 50 downloads

I paid for VIP so I could get these subs but I keep getting this message

It says if I become VIP I get, I am not after a 1000 subs
Higher download limits - 1000 subtitles/24 hours - useful when using programs such as media centers (but no abusing!)

All 9 seasons of Perry Mason in English is around 600 subtitles, so you should be able to get those as VIP.
Maybe you have downloaded other subs, so you are over the 1000 limit?

Otherwise, the download counter is reset every 24 hours, and you are VIP only since yesterday night. Maybe the problem lays in there.
So would you mind trying again tomorrow?

I have not got any subs for a while now, the reason I wanted these subs is for a friend who can't hear properly, regarding the download of subs can I as a VIP download S01 in one go or do I have to download as single file for each one.

And I just tried S01 again and got same error there is only 39 episodes for S01

Just to be clear: the limit doesn't depend on the number of episodes, but on the number of subtitles (which is usually much more).

Anyway, as VIP you should be able to download the whole season in one go. I think there is something wrong and The Supreme Admin (Oss) will have to look into it.

I am a VIP member on OpenSubtitles, using the username Elyamo13. Unfortunately, I am still limited to 50 subtitle downloads per day. On my profile, it shows that my VIP status is active, but in practice, the download limitation remains in place.

I have already submitted two support requests regarding this issue but have not received any response so far.

Could someone from the support team please assist me in resolving this issue? I would greatly appreciate your help as I’m eager to fully utilize the benefits of my VIP membership.

While attempting to download subtitles, I received the following error message:
"You are trying to download more than 50 subtitles, but you don't have permission. Become VIP member (subtitles: 52)."

As a VIP member, I understand that I should have access to download more than the standard limit. This functionality worked perfectly for me previously. I have only downloaded 846 subtitles in total, as indicated in my account. However, I am now encountering the same error message again, and I am still blocked.

Following the instructions provided, I waited for 24 hours before trying again, but unfortunately, the issue persists.

Could you please look into this matter and help me restore my VIP privileges? I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
