yes, all is automatic, it takes some time to transfer from .com to .org but we have automated system now. Of course, if something doesnt work, can contact me and I will fix it. After 1 day usually it should be done.

it seems you registered first on .com and then on .org - you are using different email address on both, so make sure you use same email. Once done, let us know, so we can verify this information and activate VIP

I made him VIP, again problem, because he is not using same username on both platforms. On opensubtitles.org he is under krdearloli123

anyway problem fixed. It is always good idea to use same username, mail and password too.
