Genetics and stress are the two most important causes of.
And a little bit of fatty liver and smoking.
Try to quit smoking and get rid of stress.

Glad you made it! One day at a time. I've recovered pretty well from a bit of a different operation myself. A year gone without a relapse. Let's keep hope alive and take care of ourselves.
